Our aim is to save you time. To achieve this, we have a 3-stage process:

Stage 1: Referral

From one call or email, our experienced team will offer you a choice of experts, along with cost estimates and timescales. We ensure that those experts have a skill set tailored to your needs and are local to you. We can do this on the same day, and in as little as 30 minutes if you’re in a hurry.

Stage 2: Case Handler

Once you have decided upon an expert, your case is passed to our Case Handling Team. They deliver the highest level of administrative support by liaising between you and the expert, making sure timescales are adhered to. They will be your single point of contact for all enquiries.

Stage 3: Quality Assurance

We work hard to ensure reports are of the best quality. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance Team, who make sure that our reports are not only free from spelling mistakes and grammatical errors but are evidenced based, focused and analytical.
