Dr Janice B has over fourteen years of experience working in mental health settings and latterly experience working in a medium secure forensic context. Her areas of assessment have included: adults, adolescents, assessment of parents, family dynamics, adult mental health, eating disorders, trauma, abuse, neglect, domestic violence, coping skills,  abusive relationships, anxiety, depression, phobias, substance abuse and dependence, cognitive functioning, adaptive functioning, asylum seekers and refugees (including working with an interpreter). Risk assessments have included: violence (inc. sexual violence), anger control/management, recidivism, mental health relapse and more. She has experience of the culture of travelling communities particularly in the areas of mental health and domestic violence.
