Undertaking stage 2 and 3 complaints within any agency setting can be a complex and demanding process.

Our team of experienced investigators will undertake the role of investigator/independent person in a professional and transparent manner, and will provide an evidence based, clear and comprehensive report, that succinctly summarizes the areas of complaint; the method of data collection and the findings in terms of the areas of complaint.

Additionally, we can provide panel members and panel chairs to comprise an independent group to facilitate stage 3 panel reviews.
